About Judson

As a life-long Texan and the son of an industrial mechanic, Judson was raised on the values of hard work, being direct, and fighting for what is right. All three of these qualities have proven to be instrumental in obtaining the best results for his clients.

Over the course of his career, Judson has fought the largest insurance companies in the world while obtaining justice for hundreds of injured clients. Judson has tried multiple cases that resulted in million-dollar-plus verdicts and litigated cases that resulted in many million-dollar-plus confidential settlements.

Judson does not shy away from tough cases. On more than one occasion, he has fought for and obtained favorable results for clients that other attorneys turned away. One of his more recent victories was a case in which two other firms turned away and one in which the defendant asked the Judge to award zero dollars. After a multi-year fight, over one dozen depositions, and a four-day trial, Judson’s client was awarded $1.5 million.

Judson is married to Lena. They have two incredible children together. When not working for his clients, Judson can usually be found coaching one of his children’s sports teams.
